Unifor Local 2458 says it has hand delivered a comprehensive offer to the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board in an attempt to settle the dispute.
The boards 370 office workers, technicians, custodians, maintenance staff and campus ministers have been on strike since October 17th, 2016.
