Members of CUPE Local 1001 have voted 94% to ratified the tentative collective agreement reached last week with the University of Windsor.
The union represents about 250 food services, custodial, grounds and maintenance employees.
Details of the new six-year agreement will be released once the University of Windsor Board of Governors approves it.
