The Annual Bob Probert Memorial Ride kicked off Sunday morning at Thunder-Road Harley Davidson on Huron Church. Riders will spend the day riding to the Verdi Club, the Colchester bar & Grill, the Sandbar Waterfront Grill and then head to the Walkerville District to end off this fundraising ride. All of the funds raised at this year’s Ride supports the Cardiac Wellness and Pulmonary Rehab Program at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare.
The Bob Probert Memorial Rides have raised nearly $500, 000 over the years it has been running annually, in honour and in memory of Bob Probert, a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played for the Detroit Red Wings as well as the Chicago Blackhawks.
