Fire crews have extinguished a fire on the fourth floor of Royal Windsor Terrace in Downtown Windsor.
The fire broke out around 6:30pm and filled the floor with thick smoke.
Firefighters were able to put it out quickly.
The cause is listed as unattended cooking.
Damage is estimated at $60,000. One resident was displaced.
