Windsor firefighters battled an early morning fire in the 400 block of Aylmer.
They were called to the two storey home just after 3:30am and found fire in the basement.
It took crews about 45 minutes to bring it under control.
The cause remains undetermined.
Damage is set at $75,000.
No one was injured.
