North 42 Degrees Estate Winery is expanding.
A new 4,500 square foot two storey building is proposed to be constructed to the east of the existing processing and service building.
It will include an expanded tasting and retail area as well as a restaurant, Bistro 42, with an indoor seating capacity for 60 people and a state of the art commercial kitchen.
There will also be paved parking for 20 vehicles.
Construction is expected to begin this spring with completion in Fall 2016.
