The contract for the restoration of the Paul Martin Building facade in downtown Windsor has now been awarded.
Colonial Building Restoration of Scarborough came in with the lowest bid at $3,277,000.
The project entails replacing mortar between facade blocks, repairing the spalled limestone facade and addressing the steel brackets that support the stone facade.
Work is expected to begin this spring and be complete by the fall.
