The cause if an overnight fire is listed as undetermined.
Fire crews were called to a vacant house at 277 Erie Street West around 3:30am and found heavy fire conditions upon arrival.
It took around two hours to bring it under control.
Damage is set at $150,000. A neighbouring home also suffered $50,000 in damage.
There were no injuries.
