A riverfront sculpture is in for repairs.
The abstract sculpture Composition with 5 Elements, created by Welsh-Canadian sculptor Hayden Davies has been temporarily removed from its location beneath the Ambassador Bridge.
Welds and joints on the sculpture will be repaired, and the surface will be repainted.
While the piece is removed for conservation work, a new larger concrete pad will be prepared for its return.
It is expected to be back by the end of the month.
