Windsor firefighters have extinguished a blaze at a small commercial building on Crawford Avenue.
Crews were called to the 1200 block of Crawford just before 11am for a report of fire in the building and smoke coming out of the front.
The building was evacuated and firefighters brought the blaze under control.
The cause is set as accidental. Damage is estimated at $120,000 and to the adjacent building is $5,000.
There are no reports of any injuries.
