Construction is complete on the first phase of Windsor’s first condominium project in seven years.
Developer Peter Valente was joined by Mayor Drew Diklens and city councillors Thursday to celebrate with a ribbon cutting.
Rivertown Terrace Condominiums is located just east of Lauzon Parkway at 8475 Wyandotte Street East.
The first phase features six town home units.
The development will also include 50 unit apartment suites. The size of the suites will range in size from 800 square feet to almost 1,400 square feet.
The development also includes a total of 70 parking spots, 20 of which will be covered garage parking which also will be for sale.
