The sign came down, the drive-thru is disconnected and Wendy’s on Ouellette is now closed.
The store at 1415 Ouellette announced its planned April 10th closure date on March 30th with window and drive-thru signs.
An employee of the restaurant contacted windsoriteDOTca in February with news of the planned closure, but multiple requests for confirmation from the company were not returned.
The location had been around for approximately thirty years.
One employee told windsoriteDOTca that they were told by managers that the location was not making money.
