Local Fitness Group Hopes To Set World Record

This new year a local fitness group wants you to challenge yourself and help to beat a world record.
XtreemAthletics Fitness is on a mission to get the world moving in 2015, to get healthy and feed kids in need.
In partnership with ViSalus, they will be jumpstarting New Year’s health and fitness resolutions in record-setting fashion with the World’s Largest Simultaneous Group Workout.
The event will take place January 3rd at noon at St. Clair College SportsPlex, one of the thousands of locations across 11 countries worldwide, including United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Spain and Finland.
In addition, events will be be held at the Ford Test Track, The YOGA House, Devonshire Mall, and Bryan’s Inferno Fitness. More information for each can be found by clicking the link.
For every person who participates in the January 3rd event, ViSalus will donate 30 kids meals through their PROJECT 10™ Kids program.
Everyone in the Windsor, Essex County and the surrounding areas are invited to join in making history, while kick starting their health and fitness resolutions.
