Fire has destroyed a townhome unit in East Windsor.
Firefighters were called to the 2600 block of Scarsdale around 3:30pm and found flames eating away at the entire townhome unit.
The fire was confined to one unit, while three other units have smoke and water damage.
The cause is listed as accidental unattended cooking, with damage set at $220,000. One unit was destroyed and five suffered damage. In total 24 people have been displaced.
