Windsor firefighters extinguished a blaze that broke out just after midnight in the Remington Park area.
Crews were called around 12:30am Sunday and found smoke pouring from a house in the 600 block of Alexandrine.
Firefighters had the fire under control within minutes.
Two residents escaped without injury.
The cause is listed as unattended cooking and damage is set at $70,000.
