Tepperman’s Wins $10k For Energy Efficiency Upgrades

Tepperman’s has won $10,000 towards replacing inefficient existing equipment with high efficiency equipment.

The award, presented by ENWIN Utilities, will help Tepperman’s lower their electricity costs.

“We are able to execute an energy efficient project that will benefit both our company and the environment,” says Andrew Tepperman.

ENWIN launched its first Retrofit is Right contest in February and Tepperman’s joined dozens of local businesses to fill out simple online forms for a chance to win.

“Through the Retrofit is Right contest, ENWIN hopes to build a more energy efficient community by raising awareness of the saveONenergyOM FOR BUSINESS programs and driving participation in the RETROFIT program,” says ENWIN commercial and institutional coordinator Chris Routliffe.

ENWIN says there’s still time for local businesses to win.

The second Retrofit is Right contest is now open for entries which must be received by Tuesday, July 15th, 2014. A winner will be drawn on July 16th.
