Former Windsorite Reem Fattouh will appear on Jeopardy! next Monday.
Fattouh was born and raised in Windsor, attending John Campbell School, Vincent Massey Secondary School, University of Windsor and St. Clair College, and even worked on the assembly line at the Chrysler Minivan Plant. She now resides in the Greater Sudbury area and works at Science North as a web editor.
Fattouh applied online in January 2013 for a chance to appear on the popular game show. In July 2013 she was asked to travel to Toronto for an in-person audition.
“This was a dream come true. I’ve always been a trivia buff and have naturally watched Jeopardy! for as long as I can remember. When I applied back in January, I really had no idea that I’d be called for an audition, let alone become a contestant. It was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
Fattouh recently travelled to Los Angeles for a live taping of Jeopardy!, but she is not allowed to disclose how she did.
The show will air on Detroit channel 4 at 7:30pm on Monday December 9th.
