Halloween Headquarters is now open on Manning Road in Tecumseh.
The store is now open on the southwest corner of EC Row and Manning.
The store joins Spirit Halloween at Devonshire Mall, and Halloween Headquarters on Walker Road in being the three Halloween-only stores locally.
