With horns a-blarin’, over a dozen tugboats made their way from the foot of Mill Street down to Dieppe Park in Downtown Windsor as part of the 37th annual International Tug Boat Race on the Detroit River.
Trophies are awarded to the first tug to finish the race as well as to each tug that finishes first in its horsepower class. We’ll have results as soon as they’re tabulated.
