Looking for a venue to hang your art exhibit? The Community Art Wall at the Windsor Public Library’s Central Branch may be just the space for you.
Beginning June 1st, the library will be renting the wall in two-week increments on a first-come, first-served basis to display your 2-dimensional artwork.
As an added bonus, they will highlight your exhibit on their Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and on their blog at windsorpubliclibrary.com.
Artists wishing to rent the wall space must agree to and sign the WPL Community Art Wall contract and also agree to use the WPL clip rail hanging system in order that the wall is not damaged in any way. The Windsor Public Library does not have a juried selection process and thus it is required of the Artist to comply with and adhere to all federal, provincial and municipal laws regulating or affecting the content of the Artist’s work.
For more information or to book your two-week exhibit, you can contact Laura Gould, Strategic Priorities Assistant, at 519-255-6770, ext. 4578, or by email at [email protected]
