This morning, the Ontario Government announced that across Ontario, 39 new schools will be built, along with another 48 schools receiving additions or retrofits, for a total investment of approximately $711 million.
In our region, the Greater Essex County District School Board will receive funding for an addition to Belle River Public Elementary School.
Conseil scolaire Viamonde will receive funding for the purchase on an elementary school in Windsor.
