Windsor’s artist-run centre for the contemporary arts, Artcite Inc., presents Summer Art Fest 2012. This new festival follows in the footsteps of four previous Visual Fringe presentations for the Windsor International Fringe Festival and brings local art to the streets of Downtown Windsor.
