Just south of Dougall Avenue’s TD Canada Trust Bank, a new plaza is well under construction. Several houses were torn down to make way for a new two-story medical and business building. Construction is valued at over one million dollars.
This is one of two new commercial buildings planned for the busy South Windsor stretch of road. Closer to Norfolk Road on Dougall, work will get underway soon for another smaller professional and retail building.
