Highway 3 Construction Continues

Construction along Highway 3 is continuing from Walker Road to the city limits.
Work includes widening the road to four lanes. The soon-to-be-expanded section of the highway will hook up to the new Windsor-Essex Parkway leading to a new roundabout to be constructed at Howard Avenue.
Currently there is a push to have Highway 3 named the Bruce Crozier Memorial Highway. Crozier pushed for many years to have the highway completed. Crozier passed away on June 3 from an aortic aneurysm.
