Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Windsor and Essex County and all of Southern Ontario warning of significant rainfall on Friday.
A developing weather system approaching Southern Ontario will result in significant rainfall for the region on Friday. Total rainfall amounts between 20 and 30 mm are to be expected for most of Southwestern Ontario.
Brisk and gusty winds will also accompany this system.
