Demolition has started at the former St. John Catholic Elementary School in West Windsor.
The school, located at 1920 Grove Avenue, opened in 1957. It closed at the end of the school year in 2016.
The Catholic board sold the property in 2017. There are no confirmed plans for the site but sources say single detached homes are planned.
