A house fire on Parent Avenue caused $150,000 in damage.
Firefighters were called just before 5pm to the 2100 block of Parent Avenue, just north of Lens Avenue, and found heavy smoke pouring from the rear of a home.
The blaze was brought under control within minutes.
The cause remains under investigation, but officials say it started on the rear deck.
The fire also caused $15,000 in damage to the home next door.
