Billy along with Stephanie came from BETA in Lebanon in February to Windsor.
Belly is a Shepherd who is 7 years old and was found on the streets in Lebanon. Billy is a handsome, super sweet dog who loves going for long walks and does great on leash, very friendly and affectionate who gets along with everyone he meets. If you are looking for a laid back, wonderful dog then Billy would be perfect for you.
