On Sunday, 25 banners commemorating Veterans with ties to the Windsor community were hung in Riverside by ENWIN crews along both sides of Wyandotte, between the area of Prado and Glidden.

The banners were made possible by a group known as the Veteran Banner Project Team in partnership with the Royal Canadian Legion Branch#255, The Olde Riverside BIA, and ENWIN Utilities Ltd.

There will be a ceremony on Wednesday, September 21st, at Branch #255 in Riverside at 10:00am to celebrate the project.

They will remain hung until November 13th.
