A fundraiser over the holiday season by the Serbian Centre Windsor will see hundreds of meals delivered to those in need.
The buy one give one meal matching program ran from November 21st to December 19th for $10 per meal.
In total, 3,214 meals will be prepared and donated to the Windsor Downtown Mission and The Salvation Army.
The provided meals will be fully prepared by Serbian Centre staff and delivered hot and ready to serve weekly and contain a dinner roll, garden salad, pasta, roasted potatoes, and a roasted quarter chicken.
Organizers say they will be able to provide meals weekly until the end of March 2021.
