The first annual Bright Lights Windsor kicks off this Friday at Jackson Park.

City employees were testing the lights and putting finishing touches on the displays, Thursday evening.

Bright Lights Windsor features a 64ft tall Christmas tree and a coordinated light show.

The festival begins Friday evening with a lighting ceremony at 6:30pm.
