No one was injured but damage is extensive after a vacant house was set on fire overnight.
Firefighters were called to 459 Marentette just before 1am and found the first floor of the house engulfed in flames.
Crews put the fire out within minutes.
It was discovered that the home was vacant and the fire was intentionally set in an enclosed porch.
Damage is set at $125,000.
