The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit has issued another Cold Weather Alert for Windsor-Essex County that will be in effect until the afternoon of Saturday, February 21st, 2015.
Based on the Environment Canada forecast, late night and early morning temperatures for the week are predicted to be -17°C or colder until midday Saturday.
