Federal Inmate Could Be In The Windsor Area

The OPP are warning that a federal inmate wanted on a breach of parole may be in the Windsor area.
Kenneth Hill is known to frequent the Windsor area, say OPP. Hill, 38, is described as 5’8″, 220lbs, has brown eyes and short dark hair.
Police say Hill is serving a five year and six month sentence for sexual assault, forcible confinement, failure to comply with a probation order and obstructing police.
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Hill’s alleged breach of parole.
