This stretch of Walker Road (shown) has been completed, but a new stretch, further south, will be starting
Just as one construction project on Walker Road wrapped up, another is set to begin at the other end of the busy stretch.
Starting this week, Walked Road will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Division Road to Ledyard Avenue.
Re-construction of the road, water mains, new sidewalks and landscape improvements will all be undertaken.
Work is expected to be complete by November 15th.
