Demolition is in full swing at Grace Hospital and there’s not much left of the former hospital’s smaller building.
Crews spent most of Monday demolishing the ‘Brett Building’ at the corner of University and Oak.
The structure was originally built in the mid-1950’s, for half a million dollars, as a residence to accommodate nursing students.
The full demolition and cleanup of the Grace Hospital site is expected to take about five months to complete.
