Korda Artistic Productions presents their first production of 2013 Next to Normal.
This rock musical concerns a mother who struggles with worsening bipolar disorder and the effect her illness has on her family. The winner of three 2009 Tony Awards and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, “Next to Normal” addresses such issues as grief, suicide, drug abuse, ethics in modern psychiatry, and suburban life.
The play runs this Thursday to Sunday and again the following two weekends. Showtimes are Thursday to Saturday at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at Cardinal Music located at 2573 Jefferson Avenue.
