Construction has been underway for almost a year now on the new Dragonview Gardens in the town of Tecumseh.
The garden evolved when the organizers of Dragonboats for the Cure wanted to create a garden for families and friends to come and enjoy a beautiful waterfront park year round. The garden will allow anyone to visit, reflect and remember those affected by cancer.
The focal point of the garden will be a 30 ft Hand Carved Granite Dragon that symbolizes courage, strength and celebration.
The garden will be park of the new Tecumseh Waterfront Park is located in Tecumseh at the foot of Manning and Riverside drive set to open this Summer.
