Tomorrow members of the community are invited to an Open House for the our City’s new family aquatic and library complex which will be constructed on land in Downtown Windsor, behind the Art Gallery.
The new facility will feature a 50-metre pool, a 25-metre pool with a diving well, a family water park, and a modern library.
Ramaker & Associates, Inc, a national expert in aquatic facility design, is the consultant guiding the discussions with local professionals and the public to develop the specifications.
Construction is expected to get underway in January and the complex is to be completed time for the Children’s Games in the summer of 2013.
The Open House will be held in the Great Lakes Ballroom at the Windsor Hilton on Riverside Drive West from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
