Windsor’s Ride for Refuge, a fundraiser taking place across Canada and the United States, was held at the Downtown Mission of Windsor Saturday morning. Teams and individuals raised thousands of dollars, and showed their support by either riding a route on their bike or walking one.

Windsor’s Ride for Refuge effort raised over $6,000, with 12 teams and 68 riders participating.

Funds raised from the event go to support charities benefitting the displaced, vulnerable, and exploited.
