Joseph Mario Campanaro of Windsor won the Poker Lotto All In jackpot worth $97,883.50 on October 26th. Joseph also won $5,000 on the instant portion of his Poker Lotto play bringing his total winnings to $102,883.50.

“I went to the gas station and asked for a car wash and one Poker Lotto ALL IN play,” recalled Joseph while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto where he picked up his winnings. “I wasn’t paying attention. The store employee printed the ticket and told me I won!”

Joseph looked at the Royal Flush printed on his ticket and realized he had won the jackpot. “I didn’t know how much I won until I looked at the screen. I waited for OLG to call. Next, I went through the car wash and that’s when it started to sink in. I couldn’t get home fast enough!”

When Joseph walked through the door he asked his wife to have a seat. “I made her think I had some bad news for a moment. Then I showed her the ticket and she started to cry!”

He says most of the winnings will go towards his son’s education. “The family will spurge a little,” concluded Joseph.

The winning ticket was purchased at Shell on Tecumseh Road in Windsor.
