Valente Building Windsor’s First New Condo Project In Six Years

Windsors first new condominium apartment project in six years is set to break ground in east Windsor.

Rivertown Terrace Condominiums will be built just east of Lauzon Parkway at 8475 Wyandotte Street East.

The proposed development will include 50 apartment suites along with 6 town home units.  The size of the suites will range in size from 800 square feet to almost 1,400 square feet.  The development will also include a total of 70 parking spots, 20 of which will be covered garage parking which also will be for sale.

Developer Peter Valente says that he expects that units will be available for sale starting at $114,900 plus HST or for long term lease from $1,100 a month.

Rivertown Terrace Condominiums will have a sales launch with a information session projected for early May.  If pre-sales go well, Valente says they expect to start construction by Fall 2014 and homeowners will start moving in by the Summer of 2015.
