Housing Starts Up In Windsor

The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation says housing starts in Windsor jumped for the month of February.
They say there was a total of 27 starts in February, compared with 17 in February of last year.
Overall for the first two months of 2014, there have been 59 starts compared to 30 for the first two months of 2013.
