EC Row Expressway, just east of Lauzon Parkway is down to one lane following a crash between a car and a motorcycle.

Windsor Police Staff Sergent Steve Bodri says westbound traffic is also starting to slow due to onlookers. He advises if you’re planning to take EC Row from Banwell, to use caution when you come around the bend.
