For the Love of Grace will be hosting a special evening next Saturday, June 8th to raise funds to spay and neuter stray and feral cats in Windsor.

The event will feature amazing food and entertainment, including a special performance by the talented singer-songwriter Crissi Cochrane. There also will be a silent auction, bake sale table, and door prizes as well.

For the Love of Grace was named in honour of long-time animal welfare advocate Grace Alleva-White, who passed away in 2010.  Grace loved all animals, but she had a special fondness for cats and spent much of her time helping feral cats in the last few years of her life. As such, the focus of For the Love of Grace is on trap-neuter-vaccinate-return.

Since 2010 they have spayed or neutered over 400 feral or stray cats, and found good indoor homes for 200 others.

The event will be held at the Croatian Centre, located at 5259 Tecumseh Road East starting at 6pm.

Tickets are $15 and may be purchased by calling 519-890-1157 or 519-819-6701.
