City Councillors are being asked to consider constructing a 19 foot wide by 50 foot high sign advertising the WFCU Centre.

City administrators have drawn together a plan that suggests the best location for such a sign would be at the property of the new Windsor Fire Station 7 at the corner of McHugh and Lauzon.

Such a sign will cost between $250,000 and $350,000 and will be fully electronic. City Council will consider whether to include it in this year’s budget at a special budget meeting next week.
