The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association today introduced Miss Canada 2012 Jaclyn Miles as the Winter Fest Parade Grand Marshal.

An Amherstburg native, 24-year old Jaclyn graduated with distinction from the Bachelor of Education program at the University of Western Ontario and holds an honours BA in French and Family Studies from the University of Windsor. She is the current titleholder of Miss Canada 2012 and the spokesperson for the Break the Silence Campaign as well as for the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness.

The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association had for weeks been trying to get Stephen Colbert to be the parade Grand Marshal, but those attempts failed.
