Riverside Skaters Take Home Medals

This past weekend the Riverside Skating Club sent their competitive team of fourteen skaters to Paris, Ontario to compete in Skate Canada’s Western Section Championship, which resulted in then Riverside Skating Club taking home three medals.

In a field of 43  skaters across Western Ontario’s Section, Alison Schumacher and Alyssa D’Asti earned silver and bronze medals respectively. Both skaters qualified for Skate Canada’s Challenge being held in Regina, Saskatchewan from December 5th to 9th.

Juvenile skater Rubie Diemer earned a silver medal.
