JOHN’S STORY:
I am a husband, father, grandfather… I am not happy with my weight gain. I want to be healthy for my granddaughter, children and wife. I want to be an inspiration for my college students. I want to loose and keep off the weight for my daughter’s wedding this coming spring in Mexico… My wife says “I better look good with my shirt off”… right now, I’m not taking my shirt off!
I used to run, lift weights, but somewhere life got in the way. Every day, I say I’m going to do something, and every day, something comes up. It’s as though there are not enough hours in the day. I just think it would be fun to inspire all the college students at St. Clair…and become healthier too!
