Windsor Police have found an unusual creature in Downtown Windsor.
Police received a call yesterday around 3pm for a “fox or coyote” in the area of Pitt Street West and Goyeau near Police HQ and the animal was scared, trying to hide.
The Windsor Humane Society visited the scene and found a coyote hiding in the foyer of a business on Pitt Street.
The animal was captured and transported to WINGS Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre for assessment.
